The Human Side of Cyber Resilience: Boards, Leaders and End Users

At all levels in businesses, the understanding of cyber-attacks is passive and unaffecting. Bored boards do not buy into cyber resilience initiatives because security is not their language. End users sit through awareness training designed to tick a compliance checkbox, not to meaningfully engage and change behaviour. How can we educate employees about cyber resilience when they are bombarded with work and distracted by social media? Cyber resilience needs many things, but critical to success are the human firewall and a leadership bought into the philosophy.
